Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town design portfolio post. For this one, the client directly ordered through Telegram, said that they got my contact from the website. So I hope you see this post! 😀 The client is from TPC Ventures, a global investment company. They said that they will make a virtual futuristic crypto conference event for their stakeholder in Latin America called La Latina. In this space they will invite many of their sponsor, their investor, and their member.
They started with a clear brief on a presentation about what they want to achieve. Although it’s just a brief explanation about what will they do without and references about how the space will looks like, it helps a lot. To manage the expectation, I share some of my previous demo space so I could know about which one they prefer most. After a moment of checking the demo space, they come in mind to make something futuristic that might suitable with their theme. About the space, basically it’s an open outer space, with many different area for different occasion. There are sponsor exhibition area in the spawn area, workshop area, big main hall, and meetup area. Each area are compact and connected between each other. It’s easy to walk between each area without any obstacle. And because it’s an outer space, there are an obvious corridor connecting each area so people won’t be lost.
Overall, the clients are so satisfied with the result, they are really nice and communicative. Really nice to work with them. Areas : One big space that divided into 5 areas. Which is exhibition area, workshop area, main hall area, private area, and hangout area.
Space Wide : 100×84 tiles for the overall space.
Map Style : Futuristic Outer Space.
Space Capacity : Can be for 250 participants.
