Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town design portfolio post. We got another new client that comes from my Fiverr. This one is not a surprise order like before for GrowthGhost, but it’s for a client called Larsen Digital that has been contacting me for a long time. Although it’s an express order, the requirement is quite simple. They only need a small space for 10-15 people, which is a high rise small office building that follow ‘Suits’ TV drama. It’s quite challenging because I’m not that familiar with the series, but I believe this is the right time to learn a new things.

They want to make it small, compact, centered, so people could work and walk easily anywhere. Here I show you the floorplan and the result of the space :

The base room for this space is just a conference/meeting room, working station for 5 departments, executive room, and a focus area. They want the outside area to be like a skyscraper to make it blend with the theme vibes. The area that I love most is the working station and the focus area. The 4 sides working station is pretty cool and modern. The focus area also a new thing that I’m experimenting here, I never make something like this before, and it turns out to be quite cool! Areas : One space that divided into 3 areas. Which is meeting area, working area, and focus area.
Space Wide : 31×23 tiles for the building, and 47×45 tiles for the background as well.
Map Style : High Rise Small Office.
Space Capacity : Can be for 10-15 participants.
