Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town design portfolio post. This one came from a company called Addeus. They want to make something like an open green gather town office for their company. They said they wait for around 6 months for doing this space renovation. This project was so clear and smooth. What I love from the client, shout out to Maxime, he already prepared a drawing layout in a paper, with a clear brief and complete line to show where they expect each room to be at. By having this layout, I could know exactly what the client’s expectation, so I can focus on how to make it nice visually. Here’s the drawing layout if you are curious :

It looks simple, but trust me it helps a lot for the designer. About the functionality, they said that they will need an amphitheater, onboarding area, 4 meeting areas on each side, open space a.k.a the working space, war room in the middle, small cafe area, and some smaller social area on the outside. The theme is green at the upper side, and beach on the bottom side. Overall, the client and I are really happy to see this map realized. Main Usage : Medium sized office space
Areas : One big space that divided into 7 areas. Which is an amphitheater, onboarding area, 4 meeting areas on each side, open space a.k.a the working space, war room in the middle, small cafe area, and some smaller social area on the outside.
Space Wide : 80×77 tiles for the overall space.
Map Style : Open office, with beach and green forest themed.
Space Capacity : Designed for 40 desks, and the amphitheater could fit to 50+ participants.
