Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town design portfolio post. For this one, it was a pretty unique experience. The client directly ordered on Fiverr, without any brief about what they need, just a message about they want to make a simple gather town office space. They just asked me to make a survey for their team to fill. I was surprised! Because I never worked that way before, but it’s totally fine. It turns out that they uphold equality on their workspace, so they want to make sure that all the team give some suggestion to build the Gather space together. That’s a cool value, I appreciate it!
Need some time to make the survey forms, but I manage to finish it quickly. The most important question is ‘which of these demo spaces that most suitable with your need?’. It’s actually just a simple list with a link to the demo space so you can check it directly to it. I also ask them about what kind of feature that they need for the space. So what is a simple gather town office that they mean? It’s actually a simple one with a lake on top. After knowing what their needs, I can start building the space, and I confidently know what they will expect. Help me so much!
About the space, although it’s just a simple gather town office, but it has all the feature that you can imagine. Receptionist, hangout area, workshop area, outdoor bar, private offices, meeting room, bigger meeting room, working stations, focus area, game area, and also bunch of outdoor 1-on-1 area. See? I need a couple rows to list all the features on this space. It’s a complete one! Although I have a bigger and more complete space that I will share next, but this one is a good one to start with.
Overall, the clients are so satisfied with the result, they are really nice, communicative, and have a good value to stand in their working environment. Really nice to work with them. Main Usage : Medium sized office space
Areas : One big space that divided into 11 areas. Which is a receptionist, hangout area, workshop area, outdoor bar, private offices, meeting room, bigger meeting room, working stations, focus area, game area, and also bunch of outdoor 1-on-1 area
Space Wide : 80×80 tiles for the overall space.
Map Style : Simple complete office, with lake on top, and green-brown vibes.
Space Capacity : Designed for 30 desks but can fit more up to 45 desks.
