Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town office design portfolio post. This one was come from a new client from Germany. We met on Fiverr and he asked me to make a gather town office design for his virtual bank branch for their company.

In this project, he gave me all the details that he wanted it to be on the space. He said that it will be their virtual bank branch and it needs to be at least have 3 features : exhibition, co-working, and entertainment. It should looks bright and friendly, no kitsch, serious but welcoming. He said that he likes my previous works so he trusts me in terms of the design. So I propose to make it 3-floor building that have different feature on each floor. After a chit-chat about the timeline and pricing, we agreed to make it happen.

In this space, there are several rooms ; The Lobby, 9 office rooms, 4 Exhibition areas, 2 Collaborative areas, 2 Meeting areas, 1 stage for event, dancing floor, hangout area on the rooftop, a cafe, and a gokart arena. Space Wide : 44×46 Tiles for each floor.
Map Style : Modern furniture with blue, beige, brown, and some color accent. Beach area on top with some greens on the bottom side.
Space Capacity : It can be use for around 20-25 participants at the same time.
