Simple Tech Office Space for Sequence – Gather Town Portfolio

Hi there! We meet again with another new gather town design portfolio post. It’s been a long time with no update, since there is a lot of project recently, but there will be plenty of new demo coming in the future. We got a new client that might be came from this website. It’s a project from a big company called Sequence from Switzerland. They said that they have an office on Spain as well, but their headquarter is on Switzerland. Their CEO came to me through WhatsApp, and directly invite me to a group with their team to discuss about the project.

I actually use to work with one representative only, to make sure no double discussion that make some miss-understanding, but I think it’s fine to have a group sometimes. They basically want to make a simple tech office space on their Gather Town space with many room for some occasion. The theme will be standart contemporary wood style but have some tech vibes around. They want to make it compact, so it’s easy to walk anywhere. Here I show you the floorplan and the result of the space :

I make some adjustment to the rooms from the floorplan because of the revision, and the furniture on the working station is empty because they want to customize it on Gather. They are many main area on this space, there are lobby, meeting room, outdoor area, music & spa room, gym room, working station, focus lounge, stage, and games area. Although having music and spa room on a virtual office is not a common practice, but it turns out that I love those area a lot. These room can be use for breakout room, or maybe just some meeting room with style, I’m not quite sure.

Overall, after several update and adjustment, the clients are really satisfied with the result! We got some problem with the payment, but all is well at the end. Main Usage : Medium sized office space
Areas : One space that divided into 8 areas. Which is lobby, meeting room, working station, outdoor area, special room, and focus lounge, stage, and games area.
Space Wide : 70×80 tiles for the overall map.
Map Style : Contemporary wood style with some tech vibes.
Space Capacity : Can be for around 35 participants.
