4-Floor Building with Basement Portfolio for Echelon HQ Office Gather Town Space

Its a Gather Town portfolio page for my previous project for Echelon HQ team from US. First they give me an architectural drawing layout of their building as PDF files. They asked me to design a Gather Town space exactly like the architectural drawing layout. Click on Portfolio button on Menu bar for more of my Gather Town Portfolio.

Space Usage : Remote work, Daily Activity, Main Hub for their tenant.
Space Spec. : Divided by 7 areas, Outer Area, 1st-Floor, Basement, 2nd-Floor, 3rd-Floor, Simple Attic, Rooftop.
Space Wide : 42×55 for the 1st Floor and Outer Area, 42×40 for 2nd & 3rd Floor, Attic, and Rooftop.
Space Style : Old Building with modern furniture.
Space Capacity : It can be use for up-to around 40 participant.
