Its a dillematic questions. Because anything we answer will be not about the law, but about do you love him/her or not. For me, when we break the law for the loved one is not the way to express that we love them. I think its stupid. We are stupid because breaking the law, and they are stupid because made us need to break the law. The fine way to speak it is not stupid but careless or improper.
Law enforcement here is little bit crazy, so I will try to avoid dealing with those things. For me, the best way to express we love them related to law is we try to prevent them making trouble with the law. So we dont need to do much effort to dealing with breaking the law because of our loved one. I will not try to break the law for the loved one, but I will breaking the injustice if that happen.
